Editor's notes

Unverified (free text): manufacturer details. Seeed Studio does NOT appear to sell XLeRobot (its docs name Seeed only as a hackathon co-host); the kit is made by WowRobo and sold via OpenELAB and Taobao (3699 RMB). The docs quote ~$660 for a self-sourced build and $579 for the developer kit, versus $447.99 at OpenELAB. Per the 0.4.0 kit listing the base uses two servo-driven wheels plus casters with "no lateral strafing", hence differential; earlier versions were based on the 3-omni-wheel LeKiwi base. Reach ~40 cm and payload ~0.6–1.0 kg per arm come from the OpenELAB listing. The design is by Gaotian (Vector) Wang et al.
