MANUS Metagloves Pro

Teleoperation by Manus, Eindhoven, NL

Metagloves Pro is MANUS's current finger-tracking glove, using electromagnetic fingertip sensors (five 6-DoF sensors per glove, 25 DoF per hand, 120 Hz) that are immune to optical occlusion. It streams over USB-C or a Bluetooth LE dongle to MANUS Core, which offers Python and C++ SDKs and separate Motion Capture and Robotics licences, and it has replaced the discontinued Quantum Metagloves for humanoid and dexterous-hand teleoperation and data collection.

Editor's notes

Quotation only at Knoxlabs (https://www.knoxlabs.com/products/manus-metagloves-pro). Unverified (free text): bluetooth-version. Mass 167 g is per medium glove incl. electronics and battery. Latency 30 ms wired / 50 ms wireless motion-to-data (signal <= 7.5 ms). Wireless BLE via dongle (page says 5.0 in one place, BLE 5 in another), 15 m range; battery ~2 h charge. Bluetooth is outside the allowed `interface` vocabulary, so only usb is recorded. No published price on any fetched page (manus-meta.com product pages were not in search results).
